Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you will be able to do so up to 48 hours in advance via the booking portal as well as to avoid any cancellation fees.
Please note in order to provide a personal experience and give each client our undivided attention, we will not be available during client appointments and may take longer to respond.
Cancellation: You forfeit your deposit if you should cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment. In addition to forfeiting your $45 deposit, you will be assessed a cancellation fee up to 80% of your appointment.
No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will not be given the opportunity to return for services.
If you have more than 2 cancellations, you will no longer be a client. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship.
